Perfect spot for a family: quiet, the pool is clean, and the beach really is 7 minutes away. Manager Dan got in touch within minutes and helped with the transfer and a motorbike rental.

We stayed a month with a child. The hosts left a stroller adapter, and we found water and fruit in the fridge — small things, but really nice. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can genuinely cook.

Yes. Cancellation terms are discussed individually — most often we can reschedule the dates with no penalty. Exact terms are fixed in the booking confirmation.
Bank transfer, card, or direct payment on arrival. For Russian guests we also accept RUB transfers to a Russian business account.
We currently manage 9 villas and condos on Phuket — full-cycle management from listings and guest service to cleaning, taxes and owner reports. You can hand over your own property for management too.
Support is in English and Russian — the manager is available via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone call, helping with everything from booking to checkout.
